When does my order ship?
Most orders ship same day if placed before
2 p.m. PST. Most orders ship within 24 hours unless product listed shows “not currently in stock or coming soon” on the web site.

How do I get tracking information?
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided with your order. If there is a problem with the email address you provided, please email us at support@bestplaygolf.com

What shipping options do you provide?
We offer overnight, 2 day, 3 day and ground deliveries. If you have a special circumstance  that requires immediate attention please call or email us and we will do our best to help.  Free shipping promotion is standard ground shipping only.   

Do you do custom embroidery or silk screening on your products?
YES! We do custom logo work on nearly all of our products. If you have questions about pricing or quantity discounts please email us at info@bestplaygolf.com  There is a one time set up fee of $50.00
We now do all screenprinting in-house!  For a limited time, no set up fee!!  Minimims may apply.

What is the lead time for custom corporate logos?
Generally approved artwork orders can be completed within 2 weeks. More time may be needed based on quantity or logo design. 

Can rush orders be placed for custom logo work?                                                                 Yes! We will do everything we can to accommodate your last minute needs for tradeshows or tournaments. Additional charges may apply.

How do I arrange returns?                                                                     BestPlayGolf.com will gladly accept returns on any new item that you are not completely satisfied with.  You MUST obtain a return authorization number (RA) prior to shipment to us.  We will provide you with the address as the return address is different from the shipping address.  Custom silk screen and embroidered items cannot be returned.  We will inspect the item(s) prior to reimbursement.  BestPlayGolf.com cannot be responsible for promotional free shipping charges.  Shipping charges will be deducted from the purchase price.  Reimbursements will be credited to the original purchase card only.  Please email us at info@bestplaygolf.com for further information. 

Do you ship worldwide?                                                                                                              No.  Currently we ship only to the United States.
